ESG Disclosure
Certain of the environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) initiatives, standards, or metrics described herein will not apply to each site in which Elevate Renewables develops. ESG is only one of many considerations that Elevate Renewables takes into account when making decisions when Elevate Renewables believes that can enhance long-term value, and other considerations can be expected in certain circumstances to outweigh ESG considerations. Applying ESG goals to development decisions is qualitative and subjective by nature. The information provided herein is intended solely to provide an indication of the ESG initiatives and standards that Elevate Renewables applies when evaluating its investment and development objectives. Any reference herein to ESG initiatives, standards or considerations is not intended to qualify our duty to maximize risk-adjusted returns for investors.
Historical Information
Any performance data or comments expressed on this Site or in the Content are an indication of past performance. Development opportunities referred to on the Site are included solely as examples of Elevate Renewables’ development pipeline and are for illustrative purposes only. There can be no assurance that such opportunities will ultimately be developed or be successful if developed. All data shown on this Site is shown as of December 31, 2022, unless otherwise indicated.
All capacity ratings presented herein are nominal ratings, which may differ from nameplate and/or seasonal ratings. Nominal ratings are the most typical representation of capacity and differ from nameplate and/or seasonal ratings, which are calculated based on defined conditions that vary (e.g. temperature and other inputs). Reference to gross ownership of power generation capacity and midstream pipeline mileage reflect the invested capital by each ArcLight fund separately; therefore, gross ownership of generation assets or miles that have been owned jointly or sequentially by more than one ArcLight fund may be accounted for multiple times.

Forward-looking statements are subject to various risks and uncertainties, speak only as of the date on which they are made and are subject to change. Accordingly, there are or will be important factors that could cause actual outcomes or results to differ materially from those indicated in these statements. Forward-looking statements are not guarantees of the underlying expected actions or future performance and future results may differ significantly from those anticipated by the forward-looking statements. We undertake no obligation to publicly update or review any forward-looking statement, whether as a result of new information, future developments or otherwise.
